MedHab and the University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC) agree to partner in respect to studies necessary for the development of MedHab's proprietary medical device
Initially, UNTHSC will conduct three studies simultaneously in respect to validation and reliability of MedHab's StepRite technology. It is anticipated that these studies will begin in February of 2011 and will conclude in April of 2011. Upon completion of the initial studies, it is further agreed that UNTHSC will conduct 4 additional studies where the findings will be presented to the FDA marketing approval purposes. The findings will also be presented to CMS and to Workers Compensation to gain approval and reimbursement status from each.
